What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. Your chauffeur waits for the new landing time at no extra charge.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, bank transfer and cash payment in the vehicle. Corporate clients can be invoiced.
Is a guide included in the tours?
A professional guide can be added on request. The guide fee is not included in the tour price and is quoted separately.
Can I hire a car with a driver for several days?
Yes — many guests keep the same Mercedes and driver for their whole trip, from 2 days to 2 weeks. Your driver handles the driving, parking and timing while you set the route, and multi-day trips are quoted as one fixed price. Mercedes Vito takes up to 6 guests, Mercedes Sprinter up to 10.
Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Transfers and car-with-driver hire are priced per vehicle — the whole car is yours at one fixed price, agreed before you travel, with no hidden fees. Private tour prices are shown per person on each tour page.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits at the arrivals exit holding a board with your name on it, and we track your flight so the pickup time adjusts if you are delayed. You will also have our 24/7 WhatsApp number, so you can message us the moment you land.
